Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by House of Leighton.

Order Processing

Order processing refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays

Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping time refers to the transit period after processing.

Canada (Primary Market)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, peak periods, or carrier-related delays.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days. Where applicable, multiple tracking numbers will be provided.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.

  • Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered to the address provided

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery issues for which House of Leighton cannot be held responsible.

PO Boxes & Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to PO Boxes or destinations restricted by carriers or applicable regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • The customer must initiate a claim directly with the carrier
  • We will provide supporting documentation where reasonably required

Claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery status update.
