Returns Policy

At House of Leighton, we want you to shop with confidence. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and how the return process works.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered and physically received by the customer
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact
  • Items may be tried on for fit, but must not show signs of wear

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or variations are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@houseofleighton.com
  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the designated return address in China
  3. Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense, including any shipping, handling, or customs-related costs
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

Returns sent without valid tracking confirmation remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes domestic and international shipping fees, as well as any applicable customs or handling charges, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)

Return Responsibility

House of Leighton is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged if no valid tracking confirmation is provided or if the carrier confirms delivery.
